Hello

My laptop (HP pavliion X360 Convertible 14-dh2671cl) battery is almost dead and operating at 1% capacity.

Can you please provide the battery model number and tell me where I can get an OEM battery or a genuine one?

I got below details from HP SUPPORT assistant application when I ran battery performance.

Warranty Type: 3
Cycle count: 674 / 1000
Manufacturer: 333-54-5D-A
Serial Number: 37673 02/28/2020
Temperature: 28 °C
Current: 193 mA
Failure ID: REOOW

Terminal Voltage: 13183 mV
Design Voltage: 11550 mV
AC Power: Yes
CT Number: 6HRXF58AQDF77L
Design Capacity: 42 WHr
Full Charge Capacity: 1 WHr (1%)
Remaining Capacity: 1 WHr

There is no part number in those details and I could not find it in part surfer using https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=37673&searchby=swp

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Regards

Ram

@GVram5,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Your HP Pavilion X360 Convertible 14-dh2671cl (9VE56UA) is fitted with a HT03XL battery with p/n: L11119-856 (L11119-855).

You can purchase a quality HT03XL battery online, such as this Amazon purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/L11119-855-15-CS0053CL-15-DW0033NR-15-DA0014DX-L11421-542/dp/B08V1DNFFM/ref=s....

This is what I would purchase.

Kind Regards,
