Product: HP Laptop 15-bs1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently had some problems concerning the battery (maybe error 601) and probably I'll just have to change it. Anyway I tried to fix this error by updating the Bios to the last version, after this update I didn't solve the battery problem but now other applications aren't working, mainly Microsoft Teams (that I need for university lessons).
Should I go back to the previous Bios? How do I do it? Is there any other thing I could try?
P.S. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall Teams but still nothing and I'm quite sure the problem is the Bios.
Thanks to anyone who'll answer.
