F.21 is the latest version that HP released for your notebook.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates that both the T9400 and T9600 processors are supported and since your notebook already has the latest BIOS update, either one should work.

If you look at the release notes under the revision history section of the latest BIOS update, support for the T9400 and T9600 processors was added in a much earlier release.
