Hello so I have a HP ENVY 13-ba1000 and currently it has 8gb of ram with 2 slots and I wonder if I could upgrade it to the max possible. And if yes what RAM are compatible with my laptop ?

Hi:
Your notebook's memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Models come configured with motherboards that have different amounts of memory.
Below is the link to the service manual for the previous model series.
HP does not have a manual for the 13-ba1xxx model series.

I believe there is a mistake in the maintenance and service guide.
That guide states two slots for memory but the motherboard has no slots
There is an image of the motherboard here. Page 18 of that guide shows the motherboard and shows no memory

There are other errors in that guide, both dealing with the amount of memory and the CPU.
