HP Laptop - 15s-eq1001nv
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i'd like to upgrade my RAM on my HP Laptop - 15s-eq1001nv. On the manual it says it supports up to 16 gb of ram but when i run the max ram check command on cmd it gives 32gb of max ram. My questions are,1. should i trust the cmd or go with the original manual (likely silly question since there's an obvious answer) and 2. Are my laptop's ram and SSD even upgradeable?

Hi:

I'd trust the 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) report generated by Windows

I can't think of any reason why the AMD Athlon™ Gold 3150U processor your notebook comes with would not be able to run 2 x 16 GB of memory.

Even the Crucial memory report indicates 32 GB of memory is supported.
