Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have THREE screws that fell out of the body of my laptop.  I ONLY HAVE ONE SCREW LEFT HOLDING IT TOGETHER.  I TRIED to register. It had NO <ENTER> to hit.  My laptop is falling apart.  I have zero idea if I am registered or not.  I NEED SCREWS FOR THE BODY OF MY LAPTOP.
