Hey Resistencia, I have had a similar problem as I have seen many others with my battery no longer working. After trying everything on more than 15 forums I have had no success. I am pretty sure it is a burned motherboard. Would love help on this issue as my son goes back to school in a week and needs his computer to work. Thank you.

Hi @JJ6302
Why does it say it is the motherboard, if it is the motherboard it does not turn on the laptop and does not show if it has a battery error.

Hey Resistencia, yes, that is the case. When I was using the computer it would not charge but appeared on the display as charging. Then, the computer soon just shut off and will not power back on or appear as charging. When checking the internals, we noticed a burn on the motherboard itself as well, a large safety concern and fire hazard as well.
