The specs of your machine is
https://files.bbystatic.com/zjGwq2EbIeMUVmjfix7dBA%3D%3D/NAE-HP-OM17-CK0010NR.pdf
It has
• 1 Thunderbolt™ 4 with USB4™ Type-C® 40Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)
• 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate (HP Sleep and Charge)
• 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate
• 1 RJ-45
• 1 Headphone/microphone combo (DTS: X® Ultra)
• 1 AC Smart pin
• 1 Mini DisplayPort™
• 1 HDMI 2.1
Its USB-C port (Thunderbolt™ 4) does NOT support USB PD nor DP Alt therefore you can NOT use it to charge your machine.
My thought: you may be able to charge but you need 330W USB-C charger which is NOT available on market today.
Regards.
