Greetings. Will my HP 14s-dq2000 support 2 ssd's (1 SATA SSD & 1 NVME M.2) at the same time? I know I have a slot for SATA SSD left but will it work at the same time?

Here are the specs for your notebook:
HP Laptop 14s-dq2507na 3Z7M9EA specifications and reviews
It comes with a 128 GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD.
There are no provisions to add a 2.5" drive.
The model series only came with M.2 SSDs or an integrated 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive.
There are no parts listed in chapter 3 of the service manual to add a 2.5" drive either.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC
Since your PC has an Intel core processor, you can replace the 128 GB NVMe SSD with a larger storage capacity M.2 NVMe SSD that meets your needs and budget.

Hi:
Your notebook only has one slot for a M.2 SSD.
The product number you posted is for the general model series consisting of over 100 different individual notebooks.
I would like to look up your specific notebook's specifications to see if the M,2 SATA SSD can be upgraded to a NVMe SSD.
To find the product number for your specific model notebook, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.
Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

My specific model of my laptop is: Hp 14s-dq2507 not sure if this is the right specific model. And also my laptop does have a slot for SATA SSD. I cannot get more information because I'm starting to upgrade too late.

That is correct.
It comes with a 128 GB NVMe SSD which you are free to upgrade to a larger capacity NVMe SSD if you need more storage.
