I want to know the max speed of Ram I can use in my Victus 16 E1010ca I keep seeing 4800mhz or 5200mhz I want to know which one to buy? I have 1 stick of 32gb 4800mhz but I've got been told to use 2 at 16gigs each it will be faster! 32gb is only running 2 channals if I use 2 sticks of 16 it will use 4 channals and might be a bit more efficient and or faster?

Your model comes with a Ryzen 5 6600H. According to AMD specs, it runs the DDR5 memory at max 4800.
DDR5-5200 or higher will automatically downclock to 4800.
The memory runs best if a pair of modules of the same size is installed, as it runs in the dual channel mode. So, 2x16 GB performs better than 1x32 GB.
