Hello support team,

 

I accidentally dropped my laptop, now I am getting 3f0 error. Checked that hard-drive and SATA connector cable are damaged.

  • Could you please help me where i can find SATA connector cable in India
  • does HP Pavilion 15-n013tx support Crucial MX500 SSD?

Hi, 

The part number for the cable is 732071-001

You can try an online search with the part number to find the part. 

Ex:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=732071-001&_trksid=p2380057.m4084.l1313

 

Yes, you can replace the Hard drive with a 2.5" SATA 3 SSD such as the Crucial MX500 of your desired capacity.

In the ebay link you shared item price is 5$ to 6$ thats great, but shipping charges are 16$ to 55$.

 

could you please suggest store/place where I can purchase this in India. Where I can purchase HP original/genuine laptop spare parts.
