Hi:

 

yes, that memory should work fine, and it will automatically bridge to 1866 MHz which is as fast as your notebook's processor can run the memory at.

this ram frequency won’t slow down my laptop will it? should I buy one with low frequency or this will work fine?

It shouldn't, but lower speed Crucial memory is going to be much more expensive than the DDR4-3200 memory is. 

 

Most folks usually install DDR4-2400 memory in notebooks such as yours.
