at first I updated windows then it told me in a blue screen "select operating system" then I selected "change defaults or select other options" then I clicked in like select default windows or something and after that it's been starting showing a black screen when I turn it on then turning off, and repeating it

Please help I have no idea what to do

I tried to go to windows recovery by pressing f11 in the boot up screen but it says this error code 

0xc0000225
