Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509W1AV)

I have a problem with my notebook, OMEN by HP Laptop 17-ck0000. The fan makes noise even when the computer is performing basic functions. On the HP website, I found the BIOS update SP134447, but it won't let me install it.
