what is the maximum ssd my laptop can have?..also to upgrade my ram to 16gb , would crucial 8gb ddr4-2400pc4 be good enough?

We can't answer your question without knowing the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

 

Post the product number you find there.
