hello everyone, I wanted to upgrade my processor on envy 750-101d 

but I don't know will it compatible or not

I want like i5 gen 7, the or 7500 or 7600

I just don't want to upgrade motherboard so I can save like my money a bit

I saw on the motherboard website itself, it's support up to i7 7700k but I'm scared it's gonna like black screen or something because I'm can't find the driver and idk where to update my bios

Your HP ENVY Desktop - 750-101d (N4S43AA) as fitted with the Thimphu motherboard (SSID: 2B4B) is only compatible with 6th gen Intel Core processors.  The i7-6700K is the best compatible processor for your PC.

Even though your desktop's Z170 chipset should support 7th gen Intel Core processors, HP restricted compatibility with 6th gen Intel Core processors only.
