i need to know on my hp envy x360 16 2-in 1 laptop if i can add 32 GB RAM instead of 16 GB RAM. i want to upgrade to 32 GB RAM and i want to know if its possible.

Unfortunately, that won't be possible. 

 

Your service manual (on Page 1) states your 16 GB RAM is onboard memory. This means that the memory is soldered on the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
