Used Norton Driver Updater, then was getting BSOD DRIVER_
POWER_STATE_FAILURE. Tried to roll back to previous restore point. Now boot gives BSOD 0xc00021a.
Where do i get a boot iso for my machine to repair the OS?

Welcome to the HP!
I understand that you are not able to print your getting erro BSOD, I am glad to assist you today.
When your PC won’t boot normally and it shows BSOD with error code 0XC000021A, there are few reasons behind the issue. These reasons are as:
- The interference of external devices
- Corrupt device drivers or incorrect configuration
- Corrupt or damage Window registry
- Premature unload of wbmprox.dll library
- An installed tool that's incompatible with an operating system
However, to fix the issue, you can try the below mentioned DIY methods:
- Unplug external devices
- Repair corrupt system files
- Uninstall recently installed software/hardware
- Run DISM command
- Reset BIOS
- Restore your System
- Reset Windows
- Reinstall Windows OS (remember to back up your data )
Please perform these steps and Feel free to reply to your public post for any further assistance.
Hope it will help!
-Regards
