Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While on my laptop this morning, I received an error message saying that it needed to restart. I received it twice. The first time after the laptop restarted, it went back to the Home Screen. Then the error message popped up again almost immediately and I was automatically redirected to the HP BIOS Update screen. I have been stuck on 15% progress for 2 hours. I have not tried to shut down or remove the external power since the message says not to do so. I am at a loss right now and I really need my laptop to get back up and running. I have attached the error message as well as the Update screen that I have been stuck on. Assistance would be hugely appreciated.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, it seems like the BIOS update is stuck in updating process, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
