Hi,

Thank you for the post and welcome to HP Forums

Please try with power drain

steps:

power off the NB, remove the adaptor and battery.

without any power supply to the unit press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 sec.

connect back the battery and adaptor and power on the unit.

if issue persist check if the power button led is glowing or blinking.

if the LED is blinking make a note of the blink pattern and contact the HP care team on the number : **bleep**.

Check if you are able to get the HP logo or try to go to BIOS.

process for going into BIOS :

power on the unit and tap F10 for 5 to 10 sec.

if you are able to getinto BIOS the HW of the unit is fine, hence try booting to safe mode.

Hope this has Helped
