I am writing to formally report a significant delay in the warranty service for my Victus by HP Laptop 16-d0xxx. I initiated a warranty claim due to not being able to use the graphics card on 04/27/2024. Despite the initial confirmation indicating an estimated service completion within 6-7 business days, it has now been over two weeks without any substantial updates or resolution. The timeline includes multiple follow-up communications, each met with responses indicating further delays. This extended delay is causing considerable inconvenience and disruption to my work. I kindly request immediate escalation of my case to ensure prompt service, along with a detailed status update on the repair or replacement process. If the issue cannot be resolved swiftly, I would like to explore alternative solutions such as a replacement unit or a refund, as stipulated under the warranty terms. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
