Hi HP,

 

At first, I'm not sure why my screen asks me to contact the hp Techcentre startup. But I started to recognize the notice appeared after my laptop can't operate without plug in with charger. If not after a minute the screen will stop operate and I need to plug in and restart again. 

 

I hope this issue can be solve after I know the problem and action that I should take. Thank you and have a good day!
