Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc542na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I press the power button on my HP Pavilion laptop, the screen lights up but will not boot up to the log in screen. 
I have tried pressing power button + windows key + B. The laptop turns on and the fan runs super fast. The laptop then turns off and on again repeatedly but still only ever showing a lit up black screen when on.
