Pavilion 15 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Does anyone know how to find my windos 8.1 product key?  The software came preinstalled on my computer and there is no Windows sticker on the bottom off the laptop.  I also no longer have the paperwork that came with the computer.

Hi:

The W8.1 product key is in the BIOS.

You don't need it to reinstall W8.1.

If you let me know the full model number or product number of your notebook, I will give you a free way to reinstall W8.1 unless it came from HP with W8.1 with Bing.

Use this guide to find that information...

If you currently have Windows installed now, you can use the free utility that I zipped up and attached below that will show you the product key and the version of Windows the key is good for.
