Hello! Please tell me I don’t know how to return the Windows 10 OS key that was installed on the laptop. My laptop burned down in a fire, can you help?

Hi:

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with W10 Home.

The W10 OEM product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS, and it can only work on that one notebook.

If your notebook was burned in the fire, the product key is irretrievably gone.

Even if you had a printout of the key, it would not work on another PC.
