Repair failed, today I tried to repair my keyboard problem of my laptop, since several weeks annoying tick in my space bar when touching. Other keys soft touch and no ticking sound. Repair by replacement keyboard at my home address. This was neatly executed but not solved!!! Answer keyboard let it soak in???? Tried about 100 times spacebar, sound remains. Just had to contact the supplier, bought directly from HP. Device is only repaired 1 time on location, it can be sent for about 3 weeks!!! is sent to HUNGARY what worthless. I can't come up with a solution to send a mechanic for the second time. Can't empathize with the consequences of not having any tools anymore, bad company!!! And so the customer is left awkward, despite a laptop of € 1400 My advice is not to buy from this company because aftersale is limited.
