Regarding the graphics driver, can you let me know the following.

1.  The full version of the operating system you are using ( ie Windows 7 32bit ).

2.  Open windows Control Panel, open Device Manager and open up Display Adapters.  Right click on the device listed here and select Properties.  Click the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with the details shown under Value.
