I have McAFee AntiVirus Plus(Release Name 16.0.R43) and also a subscription to HP Instant Ink.
Today I went to my account page
but got the following Microsoft Edge browser message:
Hmmm… your Internet access is blocked
Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.
Could someone at HP check why antivirus programs seems to be blocking the account page

I managed to contact McAfee and got someone to remotely connect to my PC and examine the problem.
They went to the 'Firewall' & 'NetGuard' settings and added HP Instant Ink website to the allowable URLs
So HP Instant Ink website is accessible again. So if anyone else has McAfee product I hope this helps. Also other anti-virus programs may also be blocking the HP Instant Ink website so check if they have similar settings and add HP website to trusted URLs
