Product: Example: Hp Notebook 15ac116tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to get assist by hp support agent but my notebook 15ac116tx warranty has been expired in past. How can I get support from hp by Remote assistant.I have checked on hp care pack but it says not available for your hp model because its time to upgrade a new hp pc laptop

What can I do if I want to get support from hp remote access assistant

In all likelyhood, you have already answered your own question -- you can't.  HP only provide remote assistance to customer still under the warranty.  Since yours has expired and the care pack does not apply, then most likely, you will not be able to get such assistance.

 

You can check on your own, if you wish -- but we here can do nothing about this.

I like to ask you How can I get support assistant from hp if My pc is not under warranty.

also ask you to please tell me Does my hp notebook laptop 15ac116tx compatible for gaming. I Know it has been a bit old laptop. Does it support gaming.
