It worked.  Thanks so much.

I tried this, but there was not an option for Windows 7.  I have an HP laptop, my first, and a Dell printer that I would like to use with it.

I have been unable to download any drivers to make that printer work.

Any ideas?

Are you having an issue with connecting a printer to your computer? If so can you provide the following information:

  1. The model and product number of the computer and printer.
  2. A detailed description of your issue.
