HP Pavillion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings,

A couple of months ago in March I order a carepack to extend the warranty on my pavilion, then I responded quite late to an email that requested info for confirmation. Even then I still haven't received any message confirming that my carepack is registered. It has been quite a while since I've purchased it, but the status on my pavilion notebook shows me that my warranty has expired and the carepack hasn't been registered. I've heard that you can call hp customer service on this issue, but given the fact that I'm out of warranty, I don't want to be charged for it. How can I solve this issue, any way I can register my carepack right now even though it hasn't been confirmed months after purchase? My order number is H333535029 and the order date was March 15, 2020.  Here is an image showing my order number.

Any assistance is much appreciated.

I got the pm that you sent me and I have provided the info you asked. Now I want to ask, how will I know when a case is open? Another thing is that recently I got the 90b error that shows there is possibly something wrong with the fan when I turn on my pavilion. Given that I purchased my carepack in March I should be able use the warranty and maybe get this thing fixed, but the problem here is that my warranty hasn't been registered. Without the warranty, I can't send in the pavilion to help fix the 90b error with the fan, so I need this carepack to be registered as soon as possible. I'd expect another response to this as soon as possible, and the help is much appreciated.
