Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have an HP Spectre 360 laptop with 2 external monitors hooked up to it. Intermittently, my monitors will make a very quick bleeping sound and then go "wonky" on me.  The images on the monitors suddenly start flickering and then start re-arranging themselves and also swap locations with each other to the other screen.  How can I fix this problem?
