Hi @amir741,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP Notebook might be experiencing a graphical issue during boot-up. The appearance of blue squares on the screen could indicate a problem with the display drivers or possibly a hardware issue.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Update Graphics Drivers: Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. You can usually do this through the device manager or by visiting the HP support website and downloading the latest drivers for your specific model. HP Notebook - 15-da0009nj Software and Driver Downloads
  • Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, Windows updates can include fixes for graphical issues. Make sure your operating system is up to date by checking for and installing any available updates.
  • Run Hardware Diagnostics: HP notebooks often come with built-in hardware diagnostic tools that can help identify any hardware issues. You can usually access these tools by pressing a specific key during startup (often F2 or ESC). Look for options related to hardware diagnostics and run a thorough test. • Check for Overheating: Overheating can sometimes cause graphical issues. Make sure your laptop's vents are clear of dust and debris, and consider using a laptop cooling pad to help dissipate heat more effectively.
  • Restore System: If the issue persists, you may want to consider restoring your system to a previous point when the issue was not occurring. Windows has a built-in system restore feature that allows you to roll back your system to a previous state.

It sounds like there might be an issue with your computer's display drivers or hardware. Try updating your graphics drivers and running a hardware diagnostic test to check for any issues. If the problem persists, consider contacting technical support for further assistance.

Hello
thank you very much for your answer,
I have done all the hardware tests and the software tests and everything seems fine.
To be precise with my question,
The blue squares that appear when you turn on the computer are the Windows logo, only they are light blue in the middle of the screen
As for drivers on the HP website, there are none because Windows was automatically upgraded to Windows 11 and the website only has drivers for Windows 10. Do you have another idea to solve the problem? Thank you
