HP Pavilion desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I upgrade to window 10, I got this error message every time I restart the computer:

the program can't start because accelerometrdll.DLL is missing from your computer...

Is there anyway I can fix that?

I am missing the same file on my HP laptop, but the software does not work for me. It says that the accelerometerdll is missing or not operatable on my laptop: https://gyazo.com/69520a462c2885f0ed30b2e419acd948 Is there any way I can still get that file back on my laptop? I tried everything to download and install it but nothing works.
