I have my deceased husband's PC that I may be able to sell.  How do I remove all personal information and files?  Any guidance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The good option is to bring it back to its original state using Cloud Recovery tool

My laptop (2 of them) does not come on. I just get a black screen. What can I do to get back to "factory settings" to delete info from hard drive before discarding them?  I would truly appreciate a response.  Thanks in advance.
