Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently bought an HP Pavillion 14 2 in 1 laptop which included the Rechargable HP Stylus 2.0 from Amazon. I havent used my pen yet since its not charging till it shows the white ring.  It stays on Amber ring (Ive charged it using the C-C cable, normal C to USB cable and nothing is working. The longest I charged it was for 4 hours and still there was no white light to indicate it had charged. My Laptop is working perfectly fine. I dont know how to fix this pen, I need it replaced with a new working one, or at the very least fix the one I got. What should I do?

I have the same issue with my stylus, orange colour never changes when charging. Brand new Envy Laptop with Stylus pen not working. please advise
