Product: Hp envy 4060 i9-13900H touch screen laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Help! I started my computer this morning to my realization that the touch screen or track pad does not work. I also noticed that when I tried to use my external mouse, my computer was not registering thst it was plugged in. I was using the usb A port, but when I used my external usb c port to connect it to my keyboard, my external keyboard worked just fine. I have restarted my computer a bunch of times, and even have downloaded a new file of windows and the issue still prevails. Someone please suggest something!
