My screen freezes but i can move the pointer and i can use it while the screen freezes

When the screen freezes, i can move the mouse. But i can interact with the PC while it´s frozen, I even do the shift+ctrl+alt+B command and it still doesn´t work. And in the end i have to turn off the PC to be able to use it again

, until it freezes again.
