I recently got a Bamboo Ink Plus Pen (CS-322A) for writing notes for school and I am having trouble getting it to write fluently (screenshot attached).
I have noticed that it mostly skips when my hand adjusts on the screen and I have made sure that the box to ignore touch input when a pen is connected is checked. I have tried to install the software that Wacom recommends for their devices but since my Laptop does not have a Wacom touch screen, it didn't let me install it. I have ensured that my touch screen drivers are up to date and checked online already for a solution but I haven't found anything that fixed it. I also tried using my friend's Surface Pen and the same thing happened. It seems to me to be a firmware issue and I'd hate to have to bring this laptop in for repair for simple pen input issues. Any ideas of what to do?
