Spectre x360 won't turn on and I can smell a burning smell from the bottom of the laptop.

My laptop won't turn on, I can smell burning from the bottom of the laptop, I have followed steps through the HP virtual assistant which didn't fix the issue, I'm unsure of what to do now.
