Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y838AV)

Hi. I have just purchased a HP spectre 2-1 14. It has a USB A and two USB Cs/thunderbolt. I have an i-tec docking station that connects two HDMI monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and the mouse are working as expected, however, I cannot get the video/image to display. When I press win+p, it shows the options but nothing changes. When I access the display options  and ask it to detect external displays, it cannot detect the the monitors/docking station. The docking station works with all other laptops in the house with no issues. I have updated everything I can, including BIOS, windows and graphic card. But still nothing works. HP support via Whatsapp is useless, they left me hanging and then said they were finishing work. I have tyried to connect the docking station to every port on the laptop, but nothing works. Very frustrating. Can anyone help? If not, this is going back.
