Hi all, 

 

Until this week I have been able to connect my laptop to this monitor via USB C, but it seems to have stopped working. I have confirmed that the monitor and cable still work by using another laptop. 

 

The cable will not charge the laptop or display anything. Normally there is a beep when connecting the cable but nothing for this laptop in particular, but it does work for others. 

 

Please help?
