What are the differences between the 17.3" 1600x900 Brightview screen and the 17.3"1920x1080 IPS anti glare screen?

They are resolutions of two screens. For a 17" machine, 1920x1080 (or FHD) is better, because you get more dpi (dot-per-inch).
