Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Help.... many hours spent trying to solve this.... running Qualcomm fastconnect 6900 bluetooth adapter
Anyway, bluetooth audio plays fine for 3 seconds, then stutters and cuts out after a few seconds, can't use headset for phone calls and did quite a bit of troubleshooting much too late last night.
- Turned it off and back on again 🙂
- Uninstalled and reinstalled bluetooth driverset from HP (windows update as well)
- installed old version of driver as well from HP site
- Disabled all other bluetooth devices in use and tested
- Disabled wifi and tested
- Disabled audio enhancements and tested
- Tested multiple audio sources
- Tested 2nd bluetooth headset
- removed and re-added, tried every single option for each bluetooth device
- Bluetooth works fine for mouse, switched mouse to dongle and 2.4ghz connection
- Closed all applications and tested
- rolled back Wi-Fi driver and tested
- Sacrificed small rodent
Nothing works.
