Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI,

 

My HP ENVY Laptop 14-eb0021TX (389V3PA) laptop is not supporting for Airdopes wirless bluetooth,

It is successfully connect but while playing the music it is play like stuttering the audio, but in other devices(Other laptops) it is successfull connect and working well, only in this pc it is not working

 

Please can any one assist me here
