Hello , i can't have internet access when i connected my Samsung S6 via usb tethering or via hotspot , i tried to reinstall the windows and updated the bios.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc., on your public post.

 

- When was the last time you were able to connect your laptop to the same hotspot?

- Do you have the same issue when you connect your laptop to a regular network?

- Error messages (if any) on the unit.

- Were there any changes made to your laptop recently?
