Product: HP14-ca051wm
Operating System: Chrome OS

I bought this HP Chromebook some 8months ago and even though I bought it new, everything has worked fine except its bluetooth capability, it comes on quite alright, but cannot find any bluetooth around it and can also not be found  by any other device no matter how close I keep the other device to it. I've tried every possible option online and none seem to be working, I desperately need to get it working now. I need help please.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

What kind of BT device are you trying to connect with?  Many devices have very specific instructions on how to "Pair" with another device.  Usually some steps with pressing and holding a certain button untill a light starts blinking (indicating it is now actively searching for another BT device to connect to).

 

I would suggest you check the documentation that came with each device.  My old ChromeBook 11 works well with around 5 devices paired to it!  🙂

Thank you so much for your concern, but I still can't connect to any device after several attempts with different devices. Is there anything else I can do just to connect with mobile device and other devices?
