i have a hp620 notebook and until now i didnt have problems with it...but in the last few weeks the wi button its turn off all by himself..and i cant turn it on back.the button it doenst work and when i click connect to it says that is not connected and troubleshoot is that wi fi is off.... can somebody tell me how can i turn it on?? the lapt it doesnt have an external button..its have only a task above the taskbar...and when i press it apear the blotooth but the wi still doenst work..i dont know what to do..im not so good in the it problems.. pls help

Hi,
Try a hard reset as follows.
Shutdown the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter, remove the battery, and then hold down the Power button for a full minute. Then re-insert the battery and plug in the AC Adapter and see if this helps the issue.

Hi,
Please post back with the following.
1. The full Model No. or Part No. of your notebook.
2. The operating system and version you are using ( ie Windows 7 32bit )

Hi,
Open windows Control Panel and open Windows Mobility Centre - can you enable the wireless adapter here?

Click the Start Menu, type mobility centre and click the option that should appear at the top.
