Hi

I own a HP laptop and Its been a while since the problem started. when I am using the device, bluetooth sunddenly disappears from everywhere and in device manager under universal serial bus controller there is an unknown device added. It only and only may reappear with several shutdowns . I have tried too many guides and fixes including reseting or reinstaling drivers, checking and editing windows bluetooth services, rolling back bios, reinstalling windows 11 and 10, hard reset, safe boot and etc. but not only I have seen any changes, but also I've recently encountered some Wifi connectivity issues too. Same thing just happens with Wifi.

Since There is no local Hp centre where I live I'd like to know how could I fix it
