Can not burn dvd.  DVDRAM GT30L Driver  have the following error message."Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"  Where can find the driver>  Yes i tried to install but that will not work.   Runing Window 7 Pro on a notebook Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC

Delete the UpperFilters and LowerFilters registry values. A common cause of Code 19 errors is the corruption of two registry values in the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class registry key.

I tried what you did on your video but there weren't any entries for upper and lower filters in the registry. The DVDRAM is installed and drivers are up to date, but when I try to put any type of media into the drive, it doesn't even recognize it. I've tried to uninstall the drive and reinstall, disable and reenable, update the driver. Nothing. I've removed the drive, reboot and reinsert the drive and nothing. Please any ideas? I don't check this website often so you can just email me at my username and yahoo. Thank you for all of your help in advance.

HI I HAVE A HP PAVILION DV 4 SERIES LAPTOP.

MODEL NO. 2113TU.

IN THIS MY DVD WRITER DOES'T DETECT THE DVD.

I  WAS DELET THE UPPER & LOWER FILTER FROM REGISTRY.

BUT ALSO PROBLEM NOT SLOVED.

SO PLZ. HELP ME.
